· To offer scholarships for ABT (American-born Taiwanese) or new immigrants of Taiwan origin. |

· High School full time students (grades 9-12) |

· Outstanding scholastic achievements, leadership, and service activities have enabled them to be a positive influence on their fellow students, their schools, and their community. |

· Currently study in Bergen, Passaic, and Morris Counties in New Jersey and Rockland County in NY. |
